Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born on October 4, 1979), is an American model, actress and singer. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her and also in Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are comedians as well as social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first made an appearance in a public service announcement for foster care at the age of seven of age, and started working as a young print model at the age of 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target as well as appearing on milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
